Do I need to remove all of my jewelry? No. Wedding bands and small rings may remain on. All other large jewelry should be removed to prevent damage to the acrylic surface. How long does a session take? Currently, sessions range from 22 to 44 minutes depending on the program selected. In the future, a broader range of session times will be available.

What do I wear during a Chamber session? Ideally, the Chamber is designed to be experienced nude to maximize the benefits of photobiomodulation. However, about 50% of people choose to keep their undergarments on. You can also wear a bathing suit or clothes without exposed buttons, snaps, or zippers.
