Nutrition

  • What to eat to fuel your body:
    • Customized nutrition recommendations
    • Weekly Group Meetings with our registered dietitian
    • Full access to our Nutrition Logging App to provide accountability and support.
  • Eat the right amount: Use the Portion Guide and customized macros recommendations to ensure you’re eating the right quantities.
  • Plan your meals. Receive weekly meal plans with grocery shopping lists to make planning easy and save 2+ hours each week.
  • Track 3+ meals a day with our customized app.
  • Build your nutrition skills by reading and using the weekly nutrition resources.

Exercise

  • Attend 2 weekly group exercise classes designed specifically for challenge members
  • Check in with health coach to discuss off-day workouts and identify specific challenges to develop any necessary work-arounds
  • Find motivation in our community
  • Build exercise skills by viewing and using the weekly exercise resources

Coaching

  • Receive and respond to weekly messages from your coach
  • Schedule up to 2 live 15-minute appointments via virtual meeting room
    • Initial coaching session in early weeks (1-2)
    • Follow Up check in session in later weeks (4-6)

Measure Your Progress

  • Weigh in 1 time per week to track weight and body fat
  • Take your circumference measurements in week 1 and again in week 6
  • Optional: Take progress photos in week 1 and again in week 6 (only you and the coach can see them, no one else)
