Tracy Nucera

Tracy has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years after graduating with her Bachelor’s in Nursing from La Salle University. She started her career as a Surgical ICU Nurse at the University of Pennsylvania. After a few years, and a move to the West Coast, Tracy’s career shifted towards Medical Aesthetics. While training, learning, and practicing directly under one of California’s Top Plastic Surgeons, Tracy developed and founded one of the first medical aesthetics practices in the country.
Thankfully Tracy brought her passion for this specialty back to the East Coast. Now with over 17 years of experience, she cultivates immense clinical brilliance with the beautiful artistry that is aesthetics. Co-Founding The Well Lounge with Kate Golden, Tracy’s personal mission to enhance natural beauty has come to life.
Tracy is dedicated to every patient, truly to not just hear, but listen. She currates a highly detailed, personalized, custom treatment plan to include all necessary aspects. From prescribed skincare regimen, laser treatments, thread lift, and of course injectables, Tracy will ensure all patients will look their best to feel their best.
Aside from The Well Lounge, Tracy loves traveling, for work and for fun! Her most favorite work-trip recently was to the Swift Beauty conference in Los Angeles. She also adores time spent with friends and family– husband Chaz, two children, Hunter and Emma, and two dogs, Tori B and Max. Tracy always appreciates a good laugh, a glass of pinot noir, or a new podcast.
