In 2020, Kate Golden, Executive Director, and Tracy Nucera, Director of Aesthetics, connected over a shared passion for wellness and beauty. With over 20 years of experience as an Aesthetics Nurse Injector, Tracy brought unparalleled clinical expertise. Kate, a business leader with a proven track record in launching and growing successful ventures, complemented Tracy’s skills perfectly. Together, they laid the foundation for The Well Lounge, which opened its doors in 2021.
